Live Sessions
Our online environment lets your child interact with the instructor much as they would in person. Video conferencing and screen-sharing capabilities allow teachers to work with students in a group as well as individually.
Individualized Approach
We recognize that each student learns best at their own pace. Camp leaders will be offering individual support and help with project design and debugging to each camper individually. The video conferencing technology we use allows instructors to view and edit each camper's code as needed.
Small Groups
Camp groups have a maximum of 8 students per teacher.

CODER'S PATHWAYS
Progressive Curriculum
Coder's Pathways are designed for programs shorter than our year-round Coder’s Ladder classes, such as enrichment classes or camps. Most of these programs are limited to 8-15 hours of instruction time, therefore each pathway is sectioned into multiple courses, from Beginner to Advanced Levels.
Specialty Focus
Coder's Pathways curriculum introduces students to advanced programming in core languages, such as Scratch, Python, or Java. Coder’s Pathways offer a wider range of specialty options, from Minecraft Modding and Roblox to App Development and Robotics. Pathway-based programs are great as stand-alone programs for students with specific interests or as supplemental enrichment options that add to the versatility of any young coder, including students enrolled in our academic Coder's Ladder program.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Computer: PC (Windows 10 or later), Mac (OS X 10.14 Mojave or later), or Chromebook (equipped with a built-in webcam). We recommend using a device with at least a 2 GHz processor and 2 GB of RAM. Should there be any additional technical requirements for a specific camp, they will be communicated to you.
Internet: Broadband internet with at least 1.2Mbps download and 600Kbps upload speeds.
Webcam: Either external or built-in (many laptops have an integrated camera).
Microphone and Speakers: We recommend headphones with a built-in microphone. But any microphone and speakers will work fine in a quiet room.

SOFTWARE INSTALLATION
Please note that certain camps will require software installation on student’s computer prior to the camp start date. Instructions will be provided to registered campers ahead of time.
DISCOUNTS
Build your own mix-and-match full-day camp - discount 15% off both morning and afternoon camps. You can build your own full-day camp by combining morning and afternoon camps in the same week for the same student. The discount will be automatically applied during checkout of the second registration and will be calculated based on the value of both camps.
